Quality is Our Lifeblood

A commitment to the highest standards is inherent in everything we do. From planning, through the design stage to final completion, we carefully monitor every detail. We use trusted, local tradespeople to carry out different aspects of the build and specialist consultants are called in to produce energy and insulation designs. We also rigorously test each property for air leakage and air tightness. We source a mix of top quality traditional and contemporary materials to produce the best homes we can: ones that are highly efficient and easily meet all the standards.

Fully Certified Excellence

In order to ensure that our high standards are being maintained, each property has to be independently inspected. We work alongside warranty surveyors and building control inspectors who visit site at regular intervals to objectively assess the quality of our work. Once a property has been rigorously checked and tested, certificates are issued for all areas of the works. This gives our buyers complete confidence that all work has been completed to the exacting standards required and makes us happy to put our name to the project.

The current drive within the house-building industry to responsibly account for the impact new homes have on the environment is something we take incredibly seriously. As a builder of new homes, we have targets for energy efficiency, insulation levels and sustainability which we are required to meet, but we always aim to exceed them. Techniques of design, standards of materials and efficiency of green technologies are constantly evolving and we are always researching, revising and updating our working methods as necessary to ensure we keep pace and are always improving the standard of our products.

• Air source heat pump systems supplying underfloor heating
