When the sale process has been completed and the house is yours, we will arrange a mutually suitable time to come over and visit you. During the visit we will guide you through the Homeowner's Pack for your new home. We will demonstrate how all the appliances, central heating and security system and other features work and make sure you are completely happy with everything.
Our Ongoing Commitment
Because we have invested so much in your new home before you moved in, we consider it very important that everything works as it should. If an issue arises that requires our help, we are available during the first two years of the warranty period. Just call us and we will arrange for one of our team to deal with the problem. We pride ourselves on building trusting relationships with our customers and will always endeavour to deal with issues in a timely manner.

Our comprehensive after sales policy sets out our Customer Commitment to you after you have taken possession of your new home, including the 10-year Structural Warranty and our own 12-month Repair and Fixtures Guarantee.
We take great pride in each and every property we construct; our homes are built to the highest possible standards and their specification is second to none, but sometimes, small issues can occur. Each of our developments is covered by a Building Control Certificate and a comprehensive 10-year insurance-backed Structural Warranty.
The warranties we provide are approved by the Council of Mortgage Lenders and cover everything structural, from the foundations of your home to the roof. They also cover elements which are part of the fabric of the house, such as stairs, floor screeds and other items. Full details of everything that is covered can be found in the Warranty Policy Document that is included in your Homeowner’s Pack.
